Project Description
In November 2005, Stratus, in partnership with Trammell Crow Central Texas Development, Inc., acquired Crestview Station, a 74-acre tract at the intersection of North Lamar and Airport Boulevard, which was previously owned by the Huntsman Chemical Company. The partnership conducted extensive Brownfield remediation of the former chemical research facility site, permitted, and redeveloped it into an urban core, mixed-use, transit-oriented development.
