Project Description

Stratus commenced construction of 5700 Slaughter, an approximately 26,000 square-foot suburban retail shopping center, in May 2007 and delivered the development in July 2008. The development was sold in July 2015 for $12.5 million, resulting in a pre-tax gain on sale of $7.1 million.
